Location was perfect- centrally located in west end you can pretty much walk to anywhere. Theaters of all sorts, restaurants, China Town , buses, and the tube are right there. The staff are very polite, respectful, friendly, and responsive to customer requests. The room, while smaller than what I’m used to in the US, was clean, beddings and giant size towels were changed daily, cleaned room daily except for when I asked them not to. Everything you need, wi-fi, iron, ironing board, cushy sleepers ( thank you, by the way), hair dryer, shoe brush, shoe horn , fluffy cotton robes, a safe, a proper closet with mirrored doors, a desk with 110 socket, large windows where you can look out and watch the hustle and bustle of Shaftesbury avenue, complete full English breakfast, fruits, toasts, pastries, a gym, spa, and yes, hot water was consistent and never failed. Elemis shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap. The mini bar war stocked and not over priced. There were water, fruits, assorted nuts, a complimentary bottle of Merlot, and personalized written welcome note from management- a nice Touch!

I can’t say enough great things about the front desk staff, the breakfast staff and the overall experience here. Highly professional, inviting, friendly and competent staff. On arrival our room had been upgraded and champagne, dessert, balloons and flower petals were in our room to celebrate my moms birthday. Such an unexpected and appreciated touch! The breakfast is self serve with everything you hope to see…scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, baked beans, toast,a variety of croissants including pain au chocolat. Juices, cold cuts, cheese including Brie and Baby Bells, olives, hummus and jarred jellies, honey etc. Omelets and poached eggs could be ordered and tea and/or coffee were served to your table. Very comfortable surroundings with very modern touches. Totally amazed by the digital buttons that are used to label your room do not disturb or please clean and also the variety of electrical outlets on the desk.

The hotel's location is definitely superb. A 20 min walk brings you to a ton of popular tourist attractions which spares you from taking a crowded underground. The breakfast is rather small but definitely good with lots of options. We always had a table immediately and I never saw it completely full so nobody had to wait. The staff was super friendly throughout our stay. We even got a nice two-swan-towel decoration as well as strawberries with chocolate and a good bottle of Rose Prosecco. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was big enough to fit two people and the rain shower was fantastic. Our room faced the (rather busy) street in front of the hotel but thanks to two windows in front of each other (not just double glass but two full windows in front of each other), the noise is reduced a lot which allows you to sleep just fine.

Absolutely exceptional, we were upgraded to a four-post bed room upon arrival. It was my mother's birthday and they provided a fantastic bottle of wine and cake. They came multiple times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the stay. The staff are generous and courteous and we were very touched by their treatment. The food in the Hankies restaurant downstairs was delicious as was the breakfast provided with the room. Where do I even begin with the location, you don't get more central than this especially as a theatre buff. We love love loved our stay and would love to come back when we can afford it again ;)

This was our second time staying at The Piccadilly and we would stay again. The staff were so friendly and polite our room was great. Better than last year. We got a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. They telephoned us as soon as our room was ready as we had asked for priority check in. When we returned to the hotel to get changed on our second day, the reception staff had a huge ice bucket filled with Prosecco and we’re giving glasses out. When I asked what the occasion was, I was told it’s just for our lovely guests. Breakfast fabulous and plentiful. Different eggs available on asking - no trouble Great hotel
